Thursday the NOLA Locavaores threw a party to kick off 30 days of eating local in the month of June. The party was held at Rouses in the CBD with an amazing aeroponic gardening system and the NOLA skyline as the backdrop. I am so excited about the Eat Local Challenge and will be posting about my local eating adventures here.
